30.03.2009 EAA-Seminar "Product Management and Development for Insurance Companies" in Zagreb - early-bird deadline approaching!

Dear Sir or Madam,

We would like to draw your attention to our EAA-seminar “Product Management and Development for Insurance Companies”, in Zagreb, Croatia, on 4-6 June 2009.

Product management is one of the most important – if not only – tool for insurance companies to develop and sustain winning strategies, as all national markets are developing into highly competitive environments, especially in these turbulent times.

Insurance companies need to have their development and management processes in place as time-to-market, development costs and product-launch success are becoming more and more important as indicators of their performance. Next to this having a smooth running process of monitoring product performance and adjusting product parameters in place is a prerequisite for market leadership and being able to stay tuned to market demands.

During our seminar we will cover “soft” as well as “hard” skills, needed for well managed product development. The first day we guide you through the product development process including project management skills and creative teamwork and we work on a framework for developing strong business cases. The second day we confront you with the apparent failures of product developments in the Dutch and other markets, after which we provide you with the tools for developing and monitoring profitable and sustainable products. On the last day of the seminar you are challenged to show your lessons learned in the Product Development competition.

Kindly note that the early-bird registration fee is € 595 until 4th April. After this date the fee will be € 650. Register now and save € 55!

Registration and seminar details, including a programme, are attached and also available on our website www.actuarial-academy.com. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Zagreb!

Best regards
